How limits work · كيف تُحتسب الحدود؟

Allowances follow the subscription billing period, not the calendar month. A video counts as completed after its saved file is verified. In-progress videos and unresolved records temporarily reserve capacity. A rolling 24-hour safety limit permits up to 10 new attempts; spending limits may pause generation earlier. Failed attempts are not completed videos and may still use resources.

الحصة خلال دورة الاشتراك، وليست الشهر التقويمي. الفيديو يُحتسب مكتملاً بعد حفظ ملفه والتحقق منه. الفيديوهات الجاري إنشاؤها والسجلات غير المحسومة تحجز من الحصة مؤقتاً حتى التحقق من نتيجتها. يوجد حد أمان يبلغ 10 محاولات جديدة خلال أي 24 ساعة، وقد توقف حدود الإنفاق التوليد قبل استهلاك الحصة. المحاولات الفاشلة ليست فيديوهات مكتملة وقد تستهلك موارد.

Archived series do not count toward active-series limits; restoring needs available capacity. Each connected account counts once toward your plan on any platform, and you can connect several accounts on the same platform: for example 3 TikTok accounts, or 2 YouTube channels and 1 Instagram account. Publishing depends on enabled, verified services. TikTok posts need your confirmation for each video and are never automatic. If existing connections exceed the plan limit, disconnect extras before submitting new posts. Posts already accepted by the publishing provider require separate management.

السلاسل المؤرشفة لا تُحسب ضمن حد السلاسل النشطة؛ الاستعادة تحتاج مكاناً متاحاً. كل حساب مربوط يُحسب مرة واحدة من حد باقتك على أي منصة، ويمكنك ربط أكثر من حساب على المنصة نفسها، مثلاً 3 حسابات TikTok، أو قناتين YouTube وحساب Instagram. توافر النشر مشروط بتفعيل الخدمات ونجاح اختبارها. النشر على TikTok يحتاج موافقتك على كل فيديو ولا يتم تلقائياً. إذا تجاوزت الحسابات المربوطة حد الباقة، يجب فصل الزائد قبل إرسال منشورات جديدة. المنشورات التي قبلها مزوّد النشر سابقاً تحتاج إدارة منفصلة.

Saving a walkthrough draft does not generate or publish. The 30/45/60-second setting is a creative target; actual duration follows narration. These draft plans grant no access. Sales require a matching approved catalog and launch approval.

حفظ مسودة الجولة لا يبدأ التوليد أو النشر. تفضيل مدة 30 أو 45 أو 60 ثانية هدف إبداعي، والمدة الفعلية تعتمد على السرد. هذه الحصص لا تمنح وصولاً الآن؛ يتطلب البيع لاحقاً اعتماد كتالوج مطابق وموافقة الإطلاق.

Renewal and cancellation · التجديد والإلغاء

Once approved sales open, monthly renewal requires express consent before checkout. Tax, total and renewal date appear before purchase confirmation. Stopping renewal has no cancellation fee; access continues until the paid period ends after Paddle confirms cancellation. Refund requests are separate and mandatory rights remain protected.

عند فتح البيع بعد الاعتماد، يحتاج التجديد الشهري موافقة صريحة قبل الدفع. يظهر الإجمالي والضريبة وموعد التجديد قبل تأكيد الشراء. إيقاف التجديد بلا رسم إلغاء، ويستمر الوصول إلى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة بعد تأكيد Paddle. الاسترداد منفصل وتبقى الحقوق الإلزامية محفوظة.

SilentCreator does not offer voluntary refunds of subscription fees after purchase or renewal, whether or not the service was used, including for unused time. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and cancellation rights under the law of the customer’s country remain protected, with the higher applicable protection taking precedence. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including Paddle’s independent discretion to issue refunds. Using the service or consenting to renewal does not automatically waive mandatory rights. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. The no-refund policy does not limit mandatory remedies for non-delivery, a defective service or a material failure to match the description. These may include a full or partial refund or correct re-performance, as required by applicable law. Report service issues to SilentCreator support; requests concerning a Paddle payment may also be made through Paddle. For consumers covered by Saudi e-commerce law, Article 13 permits rescission of a service contract within 7 days after contracting if the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions. Article 14 provides rescission and recovery of payments and delay-related costs under its conditions when performance exceeds 15 days from contracting or the agreed deadline, subject to an agreed alternative performance period and force majeure. Digital subscriptions are not assumed to be automatically exempt from these rights, and renewal consent does not replace assessing their conditions. For consumers covered by Jordan’s Consumer Protection Law, Article 7 requires reimbursement for a defective service at the consumer’s request if the service has not been received or the provider can reverse its provision. If a defect becomes apparent after the service has been received in full, compensation equal to the damage is due. Correcting the defect instead of the financial remedy requires the consumer’s written agreement under that article. The no-voluntary-refund policy and renewal consent do not remove these mandatory remedies.

لا تقدم SilentCreator استرداداً طوعياً لرسوم الاشتراك بعد الشراء أو التجديد، سواء استُخدمت الخدمة أم لم تُستخدم، بما في ذلك المدة غير المستخدمة. تبقى حقوق الاسترداد والانسحاب والإلغاء الإلزامية حسب قانون بلد العميل محفوظة، وتُطبّق الحماية الأعلى عند انطباقها. للمشتريات عبر Paddle، تسري أيضاً شروط المشتري وسياسة الاسترداد لدى Paddle، بما فيها صلاحيتها المستقلة بمنح استرداد تقديري. لا يُعد استخدام الخدمة أو الموافقة على التجديد تنازلاً تلقائياً عن الحقوق الإلزامية. إيقاف التجديد وطلب الاسترداد إجراءان منفصلان. لا تمنع سياسة عدم الاسترداد حقوقك الإلزامية عند عدم تقديم الخدمة أو وجود عيب أو إخلال جوهري بما وُصف، بما قد يشمل إعادة المبلغ كاملاً أو جزئياً أو إعادة أداء الخدمة على الوجه الصحيح، وفق القانون المنطبق. يمكنك الإبلاغ عبر بريد دعم SilentCreator، وطلب معالجة دفعة Paddle عبر Paddle. للمستهلك الذي يشمله نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي: تتيح المادة 13 فسخ عقد الخدمة خلال 7 أيام بعد التعاقد إذا لم تُستخدم الخدمة ولم يُنتفع بها، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات النظامية. وتقرر المادة 14 حق الفسخ واستعادة المدفوعات والتكاليف الناتجة عن التأخير وفق شروطها عند تجاوز التنفيذ 15 يوماً من التعاقد أو تجاوز الموعد المتفق عليه، مع مراعاة مدة التنفيذ البديلة المتفق عليها وحالة القوة القاهرة. لا نفترض إعفاء الاشتراكات الرقمية تلقائياً من هذه الحقوق، ولا تحل موافقة التجديد محل تقييم شروطها. للمستهلك الذي يشمله قانون حماية المستهلك الأردني: تقرر المادة 7 إعادة ثمن الخدمة المعيبة عند طلب المستهلك إذا لم يتلقها أو أمكن للمزود الرجوع عن تقديمها. وإذا ظهر العيب بعد تلقي الخدمة كاملة، يستحق المستهلك مبلغاً يعادل الضرر. ويتطلب تصويب الخلل بدلاً من المعالجة المالية موافقة المستهلك الخطية وفق المادة نفسها. لا تلغي سياسة عدم الاسترداد الطوعي أو موافقة التجديد هذه المعالجات الإلزامية.
