Contact informationStored information
You sign in with your Google account. We store your Google account ID, email address and name as Google provides them, plus an essential cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days or until you sign out; we never see your Google password or other account data. We also store series settings, scripts, generation and publishing states, video files, usage records and daily studio visits for first-party product metrics without external advertising tracking. Website page visits are counted as daily aggregates (page, referring site and country) without cookies and without storing IP addresses; a visitor is identified only by a one-way hash that changes every day and cannot be linked to you. Walkthrough drafts stay in your browser until you import them.
Service providers
Using generation, rendering or publishing sends the necessary inputs to the configured provider, such as OpenAI, JSON2Video and Zernio. When billing is configured, payment information is handled through the payment provider. API secrets stay on the server.
Access and control
Private files require authentication and ownership checks. You can disconnect social accounts, archive and restore series and manage preferences and export records from your account. Sharing a showcase example requires a separate selection and review.
Notifications and attribution
Operational notifications appear in the dashboard. External email and SMS reminders are not activated automatically. Signup attribution is optional, and the referral system does not collect IP addresses.
Payment records and providers
When subscriptions are enabled, Paddle processes payment information and issues billing documents in its role as Merchant of Record. The app keeps transaction and subscription identifiers, payment state, amounts, currency, dates and consent evidence to connect payments to access and handle billing requests. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored by this app. Hosting may process operational access logs.
Privacy requests and retention
Account records can be exported from the account page. Full automatic deletion is not currently available; archiving a project does not delete its data. Privacy request handling, retention periods, processing grounds, deletion process and operational handling of legal response deadlines remain pending approval and must be completed before public onboarding.
Processing purposes and consent
Renewal consent authorizes billing and is not blanket consent to data processing. Where processing relies on your consent, each purpose must be explained with separate consent, which can be withdrawn through support; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or automatically stop renewal. The basis for each processing purpose, required and optional data, and retention periods must be completed before collecting customer data at launch.
Cross-border processing
Hosting, generation, rendering, publishing and payment providers may process data outside your country of residence. Actual destinations, provider roles, transfer safeguards and a lawful basis for each purpose remain to be verified before launch. Use of the service alone is not treated as valid consent for every transfer.
Jordan: retention and transfers
Where Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law applies, data must not be retained after its processing purpose ends except as legislation permits. Transfers outside Jordan require assessing the protection level, transfer conditions, lawful exceptions and an impact assessment where required. Our destinations, safeguards, retention periods and operational procedures remain pending before launch.
Before public launch
This is an operational overview for the private pilot. Business identity, contact details, retention periods, data export/deletion procedures and legal review must be completed before public customer onboarding.
Subscriptions and consent records
We retain the renewal disclosure, version, language, plan, declared country, acceptance time and request ID as authorization evidence. Card details are not collected by this site. Retention, lawful basis and privacy procedures require approval before launch.
Privacy and data requests
For requests to access or obtain a copy of your data, correct or erase it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or transfer a copy of your data to another controller where that right applies, email support with the request type and account email. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Proportionate account ownership verification may be required.
You can export records from Account. Email deletion requests require manual handling; full automatic deletion is unavailable, and specific records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Opening the email link does not automatically send a request or change subscription settings.
Where Saudi personal data protection law applies, rights requests must be acted on without delay and within 30 days of receipt. An extension of up to 30 additional days is permitted only on legally allowed grounds, with advance notice and reasons. Handling requires recording requests and proportionate identity verification; operational handling and follow-up remain in preparation before launch.
Where Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law and Data Subject Rights Regulation apply, rights requests must be fulfilled within 15 working days starting on the day after receipt. The deadline is counted in working days under the rules applicable to your request. Request handling, copy transfers and erasure require manual follow-up and approved procedures before launch.
