No voluntary refunds

SilentCreator does not offer voluntary refunds of subscription fees after purchase or renewal, whether or not the service was used, including for unused time. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and cancellation rights under the law of the customer’s country remain protected, with the higher applicable protection taking precedence. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including Paddle’s independent discretion to issue refunds. Using the service or consenting to renewal does not automatically waive mandatory rights. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. The no-refund policy does not limit mandatory remedies for non-delivery, a defective service or a material failure to match the description. These may include a full or partial refund or correct re-performance, as required by applicable law. Report service issues to SilentCreator support; requests concerning a Paddle payment may also be made through Paddle. For consumers covered by Saudi e-commerce law, Article 13 permits rescission of a service contract within 7 days after contracting if the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions. Article 14 provides rescission and recovery of payments and delay-related costs under its conditions when performance exceeds 15 days from contracting or the agreed deadline, subject to an agreed alternative performance period and force majeure. Digital subscriptions are not assumed to be automatically exempt from these rights, and renewal consent does not replace assessing their conditions. For consumers covered by Jordan’s Consumer Protection Law, Article 7 requires reimbursement for a defective service at the consumer’s request if the service has not been received or the provider can reverse its provision. If a defect becomes apparent after the service has been received in full, compensation equal to the damage is due. Correcting the defect instead of the financial remedy requires the consumer’s written agreement under that article. The no-voluntary-refund policy and renewal consent do not remove these mandatory remedies.

Automatic renewal

The first payment is collected when you purchase a subscription. It then renews automatically at the agreed billing cycle and price until renewal is canceled. Current proposed plans are monthly. Secure checkout shows the plan price, taxes, total, billing cycle and renewal date before purchase confirmation, and express renewal consent is required.

Subscription cancellation

Canceling the subscription stops future renewals once Paddle confirms cancellation. It does not refund the paid period or its unused portion, except where applicable law or Paddle terms require otherwise. Access continues until the paid period ends, with no extra fee merely for canceling.

How to cancel

Choose “Stop renewal” in Billing, or use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or the Paddle portal. The app shows confirmation status and the access end date. If a request is still being verified, check its status or contact Paddle. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next charge; canceling after a paid period begins does not automatically refund that period.

Mandatory rights and legal exceptions

Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights under the law of the customer’s country override this policy, including rights relating to a defective or misdescribed service or an unauthorized charge. Conditions and time limits vary by country and transaction type. Purchase, use or renewal consent alone is not treated as a waiver of these rights. This policy does not prevent lawful payment disputes.

Requesting a refund or withdrawal

Submit a request to Paddle using the support link in your receipt or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund”. Include the purchase email, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and Paddle terms; approval of discretionary requests is not guaranteed. Keep your receipt and a copy of the policy shown at purchase.

Scope and updates

This policy covers SilentCreator subscription fees when sales become available. Each purchase or renewal retains the terms disclosed and accepted at the time of the transaction, subject to applicable law and Paddle terms. Policy changes do not remove rights that have already arisen. This is a pre-launch review draft; seller details and markets remain unapproved.
