Private pilot

SilentCreator is currently a private pilot. A visible control or saved setting does not prove generation or publishing works for a particular account. Launch checks are required before public sales.

Service scope

The walkthrough saves browser drafts and does not connect accounts, generate videos or publish. The authenticated studio manages saved projects. Generation and publishing depend on enabled services and permissions; TikTok posts need your confirmation for each video and are never automatic. Final prices and allowances are pending and live subscriptions are closed.

Content and permissions

You are responsible for rights to scripts, images and music you provide, and for reviewing facts and content before publication. Generated output can be wrong. Respect other people’s rights and platform rules.

Generation and automation

Generation uses paid provider resources when configured. Failed attempts may incur provider costs. Automatic publishing follows your enabled accounts, permissions, schedule and review policy. Pausing automation does not cancel previously confirmed provider posts.

Acceptable use

Do not infringe rights, impersonate others, mislead, distribute unlawful content or spam. Publishing platform rules and Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy apply. Generated output is not guaranteed to be exclusive or to confer rights unavailable under law or provider terms.

Financial results

Views, followers and income are not guaranteed. Owner forecasts are hypothetical scenarios, not actual earnings. Paid entitlements require provider verification.

Automatic renewal

When subscriptions are enabled, the first payment is collected at purchase and the subscription renews automatically at the agreed billing cycle and price disclosed before payment confirmation until renewal is canceled. Current proposed plans are monthly.

Subscription cancellation

Canceling the subscription stops future renewals once Paddle confirms cancellation. It does not refund the paid period or its unused portion, except where applicable law or Paddle terms require otherwise. Access continues until the paid period ends, with no extra fee merely for canceling.

No refunds and mandatory rights

SilentCreator does not offer voluntary refunds of subscription fees after purchase or renewal, whether or not the service was used, including for unused time. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and cancellation rights under the law of the customer’s country remain protected, with the higher applicable protection taking precedence. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including Paddle’s independent discretion to issue refunds. Using the service or consenting to renewal does not automatically waive mandatory rights. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. The no-refund policy does not limit mandatory remedies for non-delivery, a defective service or a material failure to match the description. These may include a full or partial refund or correct re-performance, as required by applicable law. Report service issues to SilentCreator support; requests concerning a Paddle payment may also be made through Paddle. For consumers covered by Saudi e-commerce law, Article 13 permits rescission of a service contract within 7 days after contracting if the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions. Article 14 provides rescission and recovery of payments and delay-related costs under its conditions when performance exceeds 15 days from contracting or the agreed deadline, subject to an agreed alternative performance period and force majeure. Digital subscriptions are not assumed to be automatically exempt from these rights, and renewal consent does not replace assessing their conditions. For consumers covered by Jordan’s Consumer Protection Law, Article 7 requires reimbursement for a defective service at the consumer’s request if the service has not been received or the provider can reverse its provision. If a defect becomes apparent after the service has been received in full, compensation equal to the damage is due. Correcting the defect instead of the financial remedy requires the consumer’s written agreement under that article. The no-voluntary-refund policy and renewal consent do not remove these mandatory remedies.

Sales terms before launch

Live subscriptions are closed. Prices, allowances, currencies, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund rules and merchant details need approval, appropriate review and testing before sale. This draft does not replace final sales terms.

Subscriptions and consent records

Monthly subscriptions require separate express consent before checkout. Secure checkout shows the total, taxes and renewal date before purchase. Stop renewal from Billing without a cancellation fee; cancellation is confirmed only after Paddle confirms it. Prior obligations remain separate.
